She has completed Post Doctoral Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from NIMHANS, Bangalore. She served in DIMHANS as Assistant Professor for 2 ywara following, which she has been actively in conducting social activities in the field of mental heath through Sumana, she being the Chairman. The center provides professional scientific evidence based treatments in Dharwad for Childhood Psychiatric Disorders like Autism, ADHD, intellectual disorders, and adolescent life skills training.
